Mike’s Produce started in May 2008 and has since grown to meet our customers' needs and expectations of being a quality produce distributor. We offer new and old customers the consistent quality and service you have come to expect over the years. Our buying power has increased to be able to be very competitive with the larger produce distributors, while maintaining our high standards in buying premium quality products.

Expected Services

  • Individualized “Customer Order” guides
  • Call sheets and reminder calls
  • Promotional fliers; these are emailed or dropped off at your establishment
  • New (and some regularly stocked) item sampling with product demonstration
  • Prompt, courteous, and timely delivery; includes stocking and rotation of product
  • No delivery, drop, or fuel charge; prices quoted are delivery price
  • Weekly or frequent representative visits; we are a phone call away

Par Level Management

Upon request and special arrangement, Mike’s Produce Service will maintain and manage your par levels on products on a weekly basis. This service allows your employees to be more productive in other areas and saves your establishment the inventory ordering process.

Overstock Control

At no extra cost, most of Mike’s products can be sold by the “each,” which avoids overstocking your establishment. This service enables chefs to create any blue plate special without having to buy cases of product; they can order “one of this” and “one of that” without breaking the bank. This relieves the establishment of the inventory burden, which creates high-cost inventory.
